Why practice Social Alchemy individually?
If Social Alchemy is about transforming dynamics and nurturing communities, why offer one on one work? A couple of reasons stand out:
Navigating internal “social” dynamics
Within every individual exist many points of view, goals, needs, and perspectives. Sometimes harmonious, sometimes less so.
Viewing self discovery and personal evolution through the lens of inner parts can help navigate some of this inner complexity.

When an individual heals or evolves, their communities feel the difference. Inner Social Alchemy sessions hold two goals:

Tarot Readings
While it does not foretell the future, the Tarot invites us into the medicine of archetypal wisdom. I offer 40, 60, and 90 minute sessions either remotely via Zoom or in person in the Los Angeles area. Longer sessions can be especially helpful as they allow for more nuance to come forward.
After each session, you will receive reflection questions to support in your integration process for what emerged in the session.

Intuitive Energy Work
I am level 2 Reiki certified and have a personal spiritual practice that supports me in energy work including cord cuttings and bespoke ceremonial activations and clearings.
These 60min sessions begin with touching into what’s been alive in you lately & your goals, then lean on the full Social Alchemy toolkit and its extraworldly support system to guide your practice.

Inner Social Alchemy Sessions
Offered as 3, 6, or 9 recurring hour-long sessions, this is a container for sustained attention and effort towards inner work and its ripple effects via Social Alchemy modalities.
Begin with a 15min discovery call, or try out working with me in a single session first through a tarot reading or integrated or intuitive session.

Integrated Intensives
These intensives offer a condensed version of a longer-term Inner Social Alchemy practice.
Usually 2-2.5 hours in duration, they can center around a tarot reading and intuitively weave in other tools in the Social Alchemy practice.
Alternatively, they can center on a different modality, such as parts work, shadow integration, or the 8-circuit model of consciousness.

Tarot
Each card of the tarot represents a slice of the human experience and offers specific medicine to guide us through our journeys.
If journeying inward feels too daunting or if there are many ideas on your mind to know where to begin, the Tarot serves as a wonderful anchor for a practice that is sure to veer where it most desires to go.
From this starting point, 3, 6, or 9 session containers for Inner Social Alchemy work will evolve to include other modalities for better understanding how you might shift your approach in tending to yourself as a person and a member of the collective.
8-Circuit Model of Consciousness
In the 8-circuit model, each circuit represents a type of intelligence that we humans can attain, explore, shift, and internalize throughout our lives. Each is a way of understanding and relating to the world around us.
There are four survival circuits and four post-survival circuits, all deeply interconnected. Working with the circuits offers ample opportunity to consider how we relate to our own versions of reality as we perceive it.
Thanks to Antero Alli’s practical contributions to this otherwise highly theoretical concept, my own reframing of Timothy Leary’s original model offers a supportive structure for rooting to rise into meaningful shifts that I would love to share with you.
Shadow Integration & Parts Work
If we are spiritual beings having a human experience, it’s reasonable that we want the real deal! Not only the joyful parts, but the full spectrum of the human experience—all of the feelings and lessons it has to offer.
But, the ego values some traits and disapproves of others. Shadow integration is compassionately reconnecting with not only disapproved and disempowered inner parts, but also our already wholeness.
The Social Alchemical version of the practice draws from Jungian psychology, Existential Kink, internal family systems theory, the teachings of Pema Chödrön, & more.
